About Elena
Dr. Elena Marsh has led Albert Einstein Academy since 2014. She began her career as a middle-school science teacher and went on to direct a STEAM magnet program in Phoenix, bringing more than twenty years of public-education experience to the role.
As Head of School, she sets the academic vision, supports teachers, and works closely with families. She is especially proud of AEA's small class sizes and the way the school connects rigorous academics with hands-on, real-world learning.

Elena's role
Dr. Marsh oversees curriculum, instruction, and school culture, chairs the leadership team, and teaches a weekly enrichment seminar for grade 9 students.
